Cash On Delivery “COD”
How to Place your order:
Step 1: Add products to your shopping cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
Step 2: Fill up your information then Select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method, and proceed.
Step 3: Review your order before placing it. Note: Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatched and shipped to your given address.
Step 4: Once your shipment is delivered, you will be required to make a cash payment to our carrier.
Note: Shipping charge of AED 200 will be applied for all Cash on Delivery returned and/or cancelled orders.
Terms and Conditions of “COD”
Ahead of placing a COD order on www.sophiahome.com, it is essential to note the following terms:
- COD maximum order value is up to AED 7,000.
- For all the order over AED7000, Sophia Home will collect the payment prior to delivery.
- If you would like to use your credit card payment, please choose the credit card option and then place the order.
- Being unable to accept your order or unable to make a full payment at the time of delivery may result in loss of the COD privilege for www.sophiahome.com and/or account suspension and additional fees.
Custom Products Terms and Conditions
- 50% deposit is required to place a custom order.
- The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery.
- All custom orders lead times are approximately 4 months excluding holidays.
- The lead time begins from the date the 50% deposit has been received.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once the 50% deposit has been processed.
- A request to change your custom order (such as finish and fabric) can be made 7 days after the 50% deposit received.
- By making the 50% deposit you are agreeing to the Customize Order Terms and Conditions. What’s left of the amount should be paid before the order will be delivered.
